Arrest of two males - vehicle crime

In the early hours of this morning OPU officers were alerted to a potential cloned vehicle in the Hams Hall area, officers brought the vehicle to a stop on a nearby industrial estate in the area and detained 2 male occupants who were inside the vehicle.

After conducting further checks, the vehicle was confirmed stolen and both males were arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle as well as going equipped, both remain in Police custody.

Great result this morning, especially with the concern of late in regards to vehicle crime.
